Refund policy

 

We want you to be satisfied and happy using (and recommending 😎 ) our products, but if for any reason this isn't the case please get in touch with us via our 'Contact Us' page.

If your Oil of Cloves product is damaged or faulty on arrival, please send a pic of the product to within 10 of days receiving the goods and quote your order number and we will replace your product.

If you have ordered incorrectly or for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with our products we will provide a refund or store credit. 

Items needs to be returned within 14 days of delivery. A full refund minus the return postage and handling fee of $20 will be issued.

 

 

 

 

 

 



How To Make A Return:

  • Put the product in the shipper box that your received it in, and post to:
  • The Oil of Cloves Company, P.O. Box 64, Canterbury VIC 3126.

  • Include your order number inside the box, and the reason for your return so we can track your order and payment method.

  • Message us via our 'Contact Us' page to let us know you have sent the product back and why quoting your order number.

The Oil of Cloves Company will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure or track the returned parcel.

Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
